Registration Procedure: Online, by telephone or in special circumstances in-person.
Your registration is valid once full payment is made and processed. Receipts are issued by email. Payment can be made either by Debit, Visa, Master Card or American Express. Registrations are on a first-come-first-served basis as soon as term schedules are available. We donot prorate camps. All classes are limited to 15 students per class, except Sprouts, which is limited to 8. Classes may be postponed due to enrolment numbers. We do not call students if a class is running, only in the event of postponing or cancelling a class.
Discounts: Seniors (65 years or older) receive a 10% discount for classes they take, upon presentation of identification. Email artworksartschool@gmail.com for a promo code before you check out!
Class Cancellations: Students may cancel the registration without charge up to 14 calendar days before the course start date except for a 6% cancellation fee for credit card refunds which will immediately apply. Notice of cancellation must be emailed to artworksartschool@gmail.com. Absence from class does not constitute notice of cancellation. Students who wish to withdraw 13 calendar days or less before class will be charged a cancellation fee of $30.00 plus 6% admin fee. Students cancelling registration after the first class will be charged for that class plus the cancellation fee of $30.00. No refunds or creditswill be given after the second class. Art Works Art School reserves the right to postpone classes, dependent upon enrolment numbers. Should the school need to cancel a course due to low enrolment, all students will be notified in advance, and full refunds issued.
Camp Cancellations: Registration for camps is FINAL, no refunds unless the spot can be filled by someone on the waitlist.
Student Absences: The school cannot be responsible for classes missed by students. However, in certain cases, students who miss a class may obtain their instructor’s permission to attend a different class given by that same instructor on another day of the week. The substitution must be made in the same term as the missed class. This policy does not apply to camps.
Materials: Adults are responsible for supplying their own materials. Materials and costs will be emailed to you in advance.

Students should respectfully conduct themselves with both fellow students and teachers alike. No verbal or physical abuse will be tolerated. Students are asked to respect the work and space of other students as well as the studio environment in general. Care and caution should be used when handling all tools, equipment, and materials used in the making of projects.
Online Purchases – When you make a purchase, a series of questions will be asked. This information is necessary to complete the transaction including your name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, and credit card number. We also require your e-mail address so you can receive order confirmation e-mails and so we can communicate with you after your purchase is made. This personal information is collected, protected, used, and disclosed in accordance with Ontario’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (R.S.O. 1990). As a student of Art Works Art School, occasionally we may provide you with additional information that may be of interest to you such as: education programs, art camp, exhibitions, events or other special initiatives. You may opt out of our electronic mailing lists at any time.
Photography Notes: Art Works Art School reserves the right to use photographic materials for advertising and promotional purposes. If you do not want your work, your child, yourself or any other family member photographed and posted to our social media, please let us know by email artworkartschool@gmail.com
