Registration Procedure:
You can register online, by telephone, or in-person under special circumstances. Registration is confirmed once full payment is processed. Receipts are issued via email. Payments are accepted via Debit, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Registrations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis as soon as term schedules are released. Camps are not prorated. Class sizes are limited on the studio, the maximum is 10, except for Ages 4-6, which is capped at 7. Classes may be postponed based on enrolment numbers. Students will only be contacted if a class is postponed or canceled.

Class Cancellations:
Students can cancel their registration up to 14 calendar days before the course start date, subject to a 6% cancellation fee for credit card refunds.
To cancel, email artworksartschool@gmail.com. Note: Missing a class does not count as a cancellation notice.
Cancellations made 13 calendar days or fewer before the class start date are considered final sale because schedules, staffing, and resources have already been allocated based on the number of registrants. This ensures we can maintain the quality and continuity of our programs.
If a course is canceled due to low enrolment, students will be notified in advance and receive a full refund.
Workshops/Camp/Birthday Party Cancellations:
All workshops, camps and birthday party registrations are considered final. Refunds will only be issued if the spot is filled by someone on the waitlist.
Student Absences:
Missed classes cannot be rescheduled. Our programs run on a fixed 8-week schedule, and we are unable to accommodate make-up sessions.
Materials:
Some adult programs require participants to provide their own materials. All children programs, supplies are provided.
Behavioural Policy:
Our motto is: "Behave Your Best and Dress Your Worst!"
Students must conduct themselves respectfully toward classmates and teachers. Verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated. Students should respect the workspace, the projects of others, and the studio environment. Care must be taken when handling tools, equipment, and materials.
